Aplications

Foot valves are commonly used in ponds, swimming pools, wells and almost anywhere there is a pump.

The surface or opening of the foot valve is larger than that of the pipe, thereby minimizing pressure loss (energy dissipated due to friction along the pipe).

Description

Our irrigation hydrant is an accessory that has been made to be used as a water intake to irrigate streets, gardens or urbanizations. It is an extremely strong and resistant element.

The hydrant is made up of several pieces. We have a rectangular body and lid, a square closure and a 45 mm Barcelona type fitting mouth or outlet. brass where the hose connects. The mouth is the joining point between the hydrant and the pipe from which the water comes.

We have two counter flange measurements for joining the network. One with G 1” threaded end and another for G 1 ½” according to DIN 259 / ISO 228-1 (BSP / Gas thread).
