Our disassembly reel is designed to compensate for axial displacement of a pipe during installation and disassembly. It allows for easy installation and removal of pipes and fittings or equipment such as valves, meters, and pumps.
\nThis removal reel plays a key role in the design and layout of pipes and valves. It is a great help when installing and removing sections of pipe and valves. Without it, it’s almost impossible to install a valve on a section of existing piping. Thanks to this adjustment capability, the valve can be installed, and the removal spool can be adjusted to the exact required length before being securely connected to the flanges; during removal, readjusting the spool creates enough space to loosen and remove the valve. In both cases, the reel ensures quick installation and removal, as it reduces the number of steps and minimizes system downtime. The procedure is similar when connecting sections of pipe. In addition, dismountable spools can be used to fill gaps, for example, where a pump installed in a fixed position needs to be connected to a pipe protruding from a wall.
\nIt consists of a female flange located on one side of the disassembly spool and connected to the pipe or valve, and a male flange at the other end of the spool that slides into the female flange, and thanks to the maximum longitudinal adjustment\u2014which varies depending on the DN between \u00b130 and \u00b150 mm\u2014the dismounting spool can be inserted between the pipe sections and the valve. It features a smaller sliding intermediate flange that, once the required length is reached, is pressed against the small flange on the female end, compressing a rubber gasket (NBR) and ensuring a tight seal between the female and male flanges.
