Our triple-effect (or combined) wastewater suction cup combines a large air and vacuum orifice with a small automatic orifice, all in one suction cup. It is designed to combine discharges or admissions of a large amount of air during filling or emptying of the pipe with automatic discharge of air from the fluid. It has a large air hole between the liquid and the sealing system and a spring between the shaft and the float that compensates for changes in pressure and maintains the air gap allowing good operation, even when using aggressive liquids or solid substances. .
Its design prevents wastewater from coming into contact with the hermetic closing mechanism by creating an air space at the top of the valve, facilitating high-velocity air discharge and preventing premature closure. Bleeding occurs only when sufficient air has accumulated.
All this thanks to: a conical-shaped body with a minimum length designed to maintain the maximum possible distance between the liquid and the closing mechanism, a spring connection between the shaft and the upper float, a deployable hermetically sealed rubber that is less sensitive to pressure differences than direct float seals and a funnel-shaped lower body designed to ensure that waste returns to the system and is removed through the main tube.
All internal metal parts are made of stainless steel.
Applications: pumping stations for sewage, sewage, water treatment plants, sewage water, effluent liquids and seawater supply pipelines.
The suction cup body flange complies with UNE-EN 1092-2 PN10/16 standard.
